SHIPPING POLICY

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE:

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our carriers are prioritizing the delivery of vaccine shipments and as a result, you may experience a delay in receiving your gifts this holiday season. 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Europe: All countries in EU except Luxembourg and Malta; Norway, Swiss, UK
  • North America: Canada, America, Mexico
  • Asia: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Kasakhstan, Russia, Ukraine

SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMEFRAME:

  • Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option.

  • Estimated delivery within one week. 


SHIPPING FEE:

  • Free shipping for all products.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.

TRACKING PACKAGES:

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

DELIVERY TIME:

The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number with us for your order delivery time.
